In this section, please upload your complete and final installation proposal from your chosen vendor using the "Upload Files" button below. A few notes:

• Total project costs should be clearly stated.
• Major equipment make/model names should be listed.
• Should include spec sheets with warranty information for all major equipment proposed.

When you are finished uploading, click "Save" and move on to the next request.

In this section, please upload a third-party Energy Assessment/Audit which shows current energy costs and energy usage, proposed energy costs and energy usage after the efficiency upgrade, and the savings calculation.

The third party report should follow the format of the attached report Template (docx). The third party should also use the attached calculation Template (xlsx) to satisfy the calculation requirement within the report.

This can only be filled out by the installation vendor if the project is below $80,000 in total project costs.

For the sake of your REAP application's accuracy, files named by Month or otherwise out of order might be rejected in this step, especially if we're close to a deadline.

Please upload the most recent 12 files in this naming format. If you have multiple meters, please start your file name with the Meter Name or Number that specifies the meter.

USDA will not accept a summary document. They require 12 months of actual bills that show a detailed breakdown of monthly charges for each month.

If submitting bills for multiple meters, please give each meter one folder, then compress or zip all those folders into a single .zip file and upload that one zipped file here.
